1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using NoCopyrightID ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. License to Use Music

NoCopyrightID grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

• Stream and download tracks for personal and commercial content creation
• Use tracks in YouTube videos, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch streams, podcasts, and similar platforms
• Use tracks in paid advertisements and commercial digital content

This license is conditioned on providing proper credit to the artist as specified on each track page.

3. Credit Requirements

When using any track from NoCopyrightID, you must include the following credit in your video or content description:

The exact credit format is displayed on each track page. Failure to credit may result in Content ID claims being filed.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Redistribute, sell, or sublicense the music as a standalone product
• Claim ownership or copyright over any NoCopyrightID music
• Use the music in content promoting illegal activities, hate speech, or violence
• Upload the music to content ID systems, distribution services, or streaming platforms to claim royalties
• Use the music in broadcast TV, theatrical films, or physical product packaging without a separate written agreement

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Artist Submissions

Artists submitting content to NoCopyrightID warrant that they own all rights to submitted material. By submitting a track, artists grant NoCopyrightID a worldwide license to distribute, stream, and display the music on the platform, subject to the terms of the signed artist agreement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. NoCopyrightID does not guarantee uninterrupted service, content availability, or freedom from errors.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoCopyrightID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or its content.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
